Break80 Golf Surpasses 6000 Subscribers
In just over a year and three months the Break80 Newsletter has gained over 6000 subscribers and group looks to continue to grow
Over the last year and three months, The Break80 Golf Newsletter has gained notable public interest gathering over 6000 subscribers and publishing 166 newsletters/videos/podcasts to Substack.
The 2023 golf season brought significant change to the group. Approved for media credentials on the PGA Tour, the company attended five tournaments throughout the year with under the ropes access. Access led to interviews as the podcast hosted Andrew Novak in 2023 and Tom Hoge in 2024 and interviewed Justin Thomas and Tony Finau as a part of having media credentials at the 3M Open.
In 2024 we continue to pursue additional tour interviews and golf celebrities for the podcast and continue to move into new medias with additional content on our YOUTUBE channel. Blessed with noteworthy guests: PJ Koenig, Ryan French, Scott Fawcet, John Means and Matt Stang.
This year’s PGA Tour travel season will begin in May with a trip to Myrtle Beach’s inaugural tournament The Myrtle Beach Classic at The Dunes Golf and Beach Club. It will include a 10 day long road trip through the Great Plains on the way to the BMW Championship taking place in Colorado this year. Other trips include the Dominican Republic (with more to come out shortly), Whistling Straits, Bandon, and Florida.
We continue to thank our readership/viewership/listenership for their support. With your interest, the podcast was recruited then signed with Golfer Gang Group, a golf podcast consortium, making Break80 Podcast a nationally syndicated show. We continue to partner with golf courses and resorts to provide best of class insight to golf travel. These include: Casa de Campo, Streamsong, Corales, Barefoot, True Blue, The Broadmoor, Wild Horse and Orange County National.
